Job Description

Client Service Representative - Fast-Paced Equine Veterinary Practice We are looking for a highly efficient, detail-oriented team member who can thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment . This is not a low-volume front desk role . You will be expected to manage phones, clients, and computer work simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. What You'll Do Answer calls quickly and professionally with exceptional customer service Schedule appointments while entering information into the computer in real-time Manage multiple client interactions at once (phones, in-person, messages) Process prescription refills and client requests Maintain precise and complete medical records What This Job Is Like Frequent interruptions (phone ringing, clients arriving, new requests coming in) Requires switching tasks quickly without losing focus, accuracy, or organization Can be stressful at times , so we need someone who stays calm, efficient, and professional Required Skills Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office/Excel) Able to quickly learn new software Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong multitasking and organizational skills Clear, professional communication (written and verbal) Reliable, focused, and team-oriented Must be willing to follow established systems, protocols, and checklists exactly as written, rather than modifying or creating their own processes .
