(Tipp City, OH) Concrete Sealants, Inc is an established, 55-year-old company headquartered in the Dayton, OH area looking for an Order Entry/Customer Service Associate. You'll join an award-winning organization that ISO registered for 25 plus years and recognized for sustainability initiatives. We have long-term established product offerings as well as an on-going commitment to the development of new products. In the role, this person accurately and efficiently processes all incoming orders and performs other customer service related tasks working directly with customers from the US and around the world. Essential job functions, include but are not limited to: Process incoming orders via email, fax, phone from our customers with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency and courtesy. The ability to establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service is a must. Inquire, research and provide customer feedback on the status of customer orders, invoices and return authorizations. Handles customer questions and routes customer requests to appropriate departments. Reviews orders for accuracy and completion. Sorting and filing of company documents. Conduct as necessary, any search to locate products within the system. Adjust records when there are discrepancies between actual product and records. Take steps to correct and prevent discrepancies. Update item information on a current and timely basis Qualifications Candidates who possess the listed skills and experience are encouraged to apply. High School Diploma / GED, minimum.
