Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (Utility Support) that will service as a vital point of contact for customers and utility partners. The position involves managing customer accounts, assisting with service inquiries, processing updates and with utilities and ensuring accurate and timely communications across all departments (utility suppliers, energy brokers and customers). Responsibilities :
Communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and utility suppliers Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow ups Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Process customer enrollments, renewals, and account updates through utility portals and internal systems. Qualifications for a top Customer Service Representative (Utility Support): Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse clientele. Proven experience in customer service or client services, utility background preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Excellent communication and problem solving abilities Strong analysis skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
