Key Responsibilities Customer Advocacy:

Greet clients, manage appointments, and provide clear, consistent communication regarding vehicle status.

Service Coordination:

Partner closely with our technicians to ensure repairs are scheduled efficiently and parts are ordered accurately.

Consultative Estimates:

Assist preparing detailed repair estimates and educate customers on routine maintenance and proactive care.
