Job Description:

Customer Service Representative Trumbull Industries, Inc., is a full-line distributor of plumbing products. The main purpose of this position is to provide professional Inside Sales/Customer Service support to all customers to meet or exceed their expectations. This role includes ensuring order accuracy and developing strong and lasting relationships. Kitchen sales / design experience beneficial.

Job Duties:

Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and prices in a prompt friendly and accurate manner. Enter orders on the order entry, returns and issue credits Monitor purchase orders to check on status and back orders. Coordinate sales between customers or purchasing departments and coordinate shipping dates. Resolve customer problems; forward those issues to an appropriate buyer or supervisor. Provide technical sales information and vendor information to customers. Coordinate with warehouse personnel to complete an order in an expedient and efficient fashion. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Inside Sales/Customer Service experience preferably in Kitchen/Bath/Plumbing products. Candidate must possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Strong Microsoft Excel skills required. PC proficiency using ERP and proprietary automated computer applications is desired. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent math, verbal and written communication skills Good follow up skills and persistence Excellent phone presence Willing and able to work independently and as part of a team Ability to multi-task and prioritize work appropriately Sense of urgency and decisiveness as appropriate Reacts well under the pressure of a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments Fast and accurate data entry skills.
