Job Description
About us East Main Market is a collection of 7 retail and specialty shops in downtown Lebanon, OH including Brant's Market. We are seeking a part-time keyholder who enjoys interacting with others and creating a wonderful shopping experience for guests at Brant's Market. This retail store and ice cream shop offers merchandise including kitchenware, bulk food, gifts, ice cream and grab & go food and drink. We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide an exceptional experience to our guests and perform opening and closing duties. Operating hours are M-Sat 11am-6pm and Sun 12pm-6pm. Duties Demonstrate exceptional customer service to guests Compliance with food safety standards Serve ice cream and other food items Knowledge of product lines in store Complete daily tasks as well as assistance with processing any incoming shipment Maintain a clean and safe work space Connect with customers at the cash wrap Complete any operational duties to assist the Team Lead Qualifications Great communication skills Ability to lift 25 pounds Ability to operate POS and handle money Must be 16 years of age
