Core Responsibilities Process warranty claims from initiation to resolution, verifying accuracy and compliance with manufacturer and dealership guidelines Review and validate warranty submissions (repair orders, invoices, photos, serial numbers, service reports) for completeness and eligibility Coordinate with customers, service departments, and manufacturers to resolve warranty issues promptly Maintain detailed records of claims, correspondence, and payments in company systems for auditing and reporting Analyze warranty data to identify trends, report on product failure rates, and support quality improvement initiatives Manage parts returns (RMA) and ensure proper disposal or manufacturer return Reconcile warranty receivables with payments to ensure full compensation for repair work Required Skills and Qualifications Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in automotive software systems, ERP/CRM platforms and advanced Excel for data analysis Knowledge of automotive parts, repair procedures, and warranty policies Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, technicians, and manufacturers Ability to interpret and apply warranty policy rules for eligibility and coverage limitations Customer service mindset to maintain satisfaction while protecting company interests CDJR experience or knowledge preferred but not required for consideration
