Summary We are seeking enthusiastic Front of House Staff to join our team at Buckeye Bakery. In this role, you will be the face of our bakery, ensuring that every customer receives outstanding service while enjoying our delicious products. Your contributions will help us continue our legacy of excellence in the community. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit. Assist customers with menu selections and answer any questions regarding our products. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including display cases and seating areas. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of fresh products to customers. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and care. Requirements Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for baked goods and a desire to create a positive experience for customers.
