Job Description

In this vital role, you will manage daily client interactions, coordinate staffing needs, and facilitate effective communication between all parties.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Coordinate staffing assignments, ensuring timely onboarding and placement. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, job orders, and candidate activities. Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and ensure satisfaction. Support the recruitment process by assisting with candidate onboarding and document management. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and suggestions.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in staffing, customer service, or related fields is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with staffing software is a plus.
Pay Rate:

Pay Details:
