Mason, OH 45040 About the Position A busy pediatric practice in Mason is seeking a full-time Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering all incoming calls, routing them appropriately, and scheduling appointments efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally. Route calls to the appropriate staff or department as needed. Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently. Utilize electronic medical records and practice management systems to manage patient information. Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and families. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Problem-solve and handle challenging situations with professionalism. Adapt to a fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience working with electronic medical records and practice management systems. Prior experience in a customer relations or call center setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask. Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Work Hours Hours are either 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including a Saturday morning rotation. ```
