Based in Mason, Ohio, we have grown from a small creative studio into a global brand recognized for our innovative designs and award-winning products. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role is a key part of our Customer Service Department, supporting daily operations and partnering with our Specialty Sales team on a variety of special projects. This position will report to the Customer Service Sales Manager. Role:
In this role, you'll work directly with small business owners, helping them with orders, product questions, and day-to-day support to ensure they have an amazing experience with our brand. You'll also collaborate closely with our sales rep partners to keep communication smooth and provide the best service possible. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in learning about our fun, creative industry. It's a great opportunity to join a supportive team and play an important part in our growing customer service department. You'll work on-site in our Mason office Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. We work together in person, so this isn't a remote role.
Responsibilities:
Provide timely, accurate responses to customers via phone and email. Retrieve and process sales orders from various online portals Order analysis and entry into our order processing system, SAGE 100, paying close attention to detail Work with our warehouse fulfillment team and production teams to ensure all orders go out in a timely manner. Field inbound calls from sales reps and process all requests. Make outbound calls to customers for payment needs, program explanation & new opportunities Establish and build positive relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a customer service role. Experience managing the full sales order process, including reviewing and analyzing orders for accuracy, coordinating workflow, and ensuring timely completion. Comfortable speaking with & emailing retail customers on a daily basis Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Google Sheets Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently. Ability to work independently on tasks while also collaborating effectively with team members Comfortable adjusting to changing priorities, workflow, and business needs. Experience with issuing credits and general accounting tasks is a plus Experience using Sage 100, MarketTime, or Faire Wholesale is highly valued and could result in immediate consideration. Must work on-site in our Mason Office during regular business hours, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. This position is not remote.
