The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for customers seeking our services, guiding them through service processes like pros, and ensuring their satisfaction with our work. We offer a very aggressive pay plan and are looking for the BEST of the BEST!
Responsibilities and Duties:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking our services. Provide solid recommendations about necessary services and repairs. Keep customers informed about their service status and any changes. Ensure customer satisfaction at all times. Work with service contract companies and insurance companies for authorization on repairs. Maintain High level Customer Satisfaction Index. Road testing vehicles with customers to verify complaints. Documenting customer complaints and finalizing repair orders. Ability to write 13-15 repair orders per day.
Qualifications and Skills:
Definite interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with automotive systems and capability to explain them to non-technical customers. Commitment to outstanding customer service. Ability to manage stressful situations and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Experience and Requirements:
At least 3 years as a Service Advisor is
REQUIRED
. Knowledge of automotive systems and components. Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary automotive training is a plus. Experience in DealerTrack DMS is a plus.
