• Front Desk Sales & Customer Service Looking for a part-time job that's more meaningful than retail or food service?

What You'll Do As part of the Welcome Team, you'll help families feel known, supported, and excited to be part of EmethGym.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting students and parents by name Creating a warm, welcoming front desk experience Communicating with families by phone, email, and in person Helping families find the right classes, camps, and programs Supporting sales conversations and enrollments Managing scheduling, billing, payments, and family account information Keeping the lobby and front office clean and welcoming (light daily cleaning) Participating in weekly and quarterly staff training and development What We're Looking For This role is a great fit for someone who is: Energetic and outgoing Friendly, attentive, and professional Comfortable talking with people face-to-face and over the phone Organized and detail-oriented Coachable and motivated to grow Excited to work with kids and families Interested in building communication, sales, and customer service skills We're especially looking for candidates who: Have experience in sales and/or customer service Communicate clearly in person and in writing Have proficient typing and computer skills Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Align with our mission and values Schedule & Hours This is a part-time position with: 2-5 shifts per week Approximately 15-30 hours weekly Weekday shifts between 3:00 PM

• 9:00 PM Saturday shifts between 8:00 AM
• 4:00 PM This schedule works especially well for: College students with daytime classes Parents looking for flexible part-time work Candidates wanting meaningful work without a full-time schedule Pay $13.00
