Job Description
Heat Press Operator / Customer Service Associate Join Our Team! We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our custom apparel team. This position combines production responsibilities with customer service, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people while creating quality custom apparel. Responsibilities Heat Press Production Accurately position heat transfers on t-shirts, hoodies, and other garments. Operate commercial heat press equipment according to production specifications. Inspect finished products to ensure proper placement and high-quality results. Maintain an organized and efficient production area. Meet production deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Customer Service & Retail Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers with selecting apparel and placing custom orders. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer questions. Process payments using a cash register and credit card terminal. Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. General Store Duties Receive, unbox, and sort incoming inventory and customer orders. Organize merchandise and keep the showroom clean and presentable. Assist with stocking inventory and maintaining supplies. Perform other duties as needed to support daily business operations. Qualifications Excellent attention to detail. Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting boxes up to 40 pounds. Basic computer skills. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. Previous retail, customer service, or production experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person.
