Make an Impact Where It Matters Most On Demand is a trusted Ohio provider of outpatient counseling and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We support individuals working toward lasting recovery from mental health and substance use disorders.
Schedule:
Part-time, approximately 20 hrs per week.
Location:
Newton Falls Position Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer care and front desk support.
Essential Functions:
Greet clients and visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism, assist with paperwork and document filing, schedule services and obtain prior authorizations, and manage phone calls, assessments, and client inquiries. Advocate for treatment and provide information about our services. Properly and accurately document data related to client interactions. Perform other clerical duties including inventory and maintenance of supplies, copying, faxing, scanning, and mailing as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED Successful completion of BCI/FBI background check and pre-employment drug screen. Prior experience in administrative, custodial, or property management roles preferred. Prior experience with insurance verification preferred.
