We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service and support to commercial airline, aerospace, and military customers. This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships, coordinating with internal departments, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring customer requirements are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working collaboratively with Sales, Engineering, Production, Quality, and other teams to deliver world-class customer service. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update customer account information and customer master files. Process customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Develop and implement customer support strategies aligned with sales objectives. Support contract negotiations by reviewing proposals, terms, and customer requirements. Monitor compliance with customer contracts and recommend corrective actions when needed. Partner with Sales, Engineering, Production, Quality, and other internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate RFQ responses and support government and commercial quote requests. Assist with government and commercial contract administration. Review shipping and customs documentation to ensure compliance with company procedures and U.S. import/export regulations. Provide guidance and support to customer service team members as needed. Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and industry events when required. Support customer and government audits and reporting activities. Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of customer service, account management, or related experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Bachelor's Degree. Experience in the aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, defense, or related industry. Experience with CRM systems and customer account management. Knowledge of RFQs, quotations, contract administration, or order processing. Understanding of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS). Experience with government contract review or administration. Familiarity with import/export compliance processes. Why Join Us?

Pay Details:
