Client Services - Part-Time Elite K-911 is looking for a dependable, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team in a Client Services position. This position will begin at approximately 15-20 hours per week , with the possibility of growing into a full-time role. While the primary focus will be client services and office responsibilities, this position will also be cross-trained in our kennel and grooming salon to help support our team as needed. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities include:

Learning and utilizing our scheduling software Scheduling appointments and coordinating our team members Communicating with clients by phone, email, and in person Providing outstanding customer service Helping maintain an organized and professional office environment Cross-training in kennel operations and our grooming salon Assisting with animal care and handling as needed Supporting the day-to-day operations of our growing business We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working with both people and dogs . Strong communication skills and attention to detail are important. Previous dog handling skills and experience are a plus.
