As an Insurance Customer Service Representative , you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice supporting our clients. You'll handle inquiries, provide policy information, and assist customers in navigating their insurance needs — all while ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and solution-focused.

What You'll Do:

Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person communication Resolve client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy Support quote requests, policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims processes Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
