Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Residential Home Improvement Sales and Installation Admin to support our growing team. This role bridges sales coordination, project scheduling, customer communication, and light social media management. The ideal candidate thrives in a self-managed environment, enjoys working with new and current customers, and has a knack for keeping projects and teams on track.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Admin Support Assist the sales team with preparing estimates, proposals, and contracts Maintain and update CRM systems with customer and project information Follow up with leads, schedule consultations, and support the sales pipeline Project & Installation Coordination Coordinate timelines with customers, owner and crews Communicate project updates, delays, and completion details with clients Maintain project files and documentation Customer Service Serve as a primary point of contact for customers before, during, and after installation Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests professionally Ensure a positive customer experience and gather reviews/testimonials Social Media & Marketing Support Assist in managing company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook) Manage customer reviews Respond to basic inquiries and comments on social platforms Coordinate with marketing efforts to promote services and seasonal campaigns
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative, customer service, or coordination experience (home improvement/construction industry a plus) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content posting Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in home improvement, construction, or contractor environments Eye for visual content (photos/videos) for social media Basic marketing or branding awareness
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation based on experience Paid time off and holidays
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
