Western Reserve Animal Clinic is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! Our CSRs are the welcoming faces and helpful voices of our clinic. You'll help keep the day running smoothly while making sure our clients—and their pets—feel taken care of from the moment they contact us. What You'll Be Doing Greeting clients and their pets with a smile Answering phones and scheduling appointments Checking clients in and out Processing payments Keeping client and patient information accurate Communicating with veterinarians, technicians, and other team members Helping answer client questions Keeping the reception area organized and welcoming Helping manage the occasional busy-clinic chaos with a positive attitude! We're Looking for Someone Who... Has excellent customer service and communication skills Is friendly, professional, and dependable Can multitask in a fast-paced environment Is comfortable using computers and learning new software Works well as part of a team Has compassion for both animals and the humans who love them Can stay calm when the phones are ringing, appointments are arriving, and someone walks in carrying the world's cutest puppy Veterinary experience is a plus, but we're happy to consider candidates with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
