We're looking for a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join that team, someone ready to bring warmth, organization, and a little personality to the front desk. What You'll Help Make Possible A front desk experience that makes clients feel welcomed, heard, and never rushed A lobby that stays calm and organized even when the phones are ringing and the schedule is full Pet parents who leave feeling confident and cared for, even on their hardest days A team that can focus on medicine because the front of house is running smoothly

What We're Looking For Required:

1-2 years of experience in a veterinary or customer-service setting Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable navigating digital systems and patient charts

Preferred:

A calm, upbeat presence during busy stretches A sense of humor and genuine enjoyment of working with people and pets Schedule Full-time, Swing shift 8.5-hour shifts Rotating weekends No holiday shifts required Compensation The pay starts at $16 per hour, based on experience, skills.
