Job Description

The Cleveland Jet Center is an aviation service company located at Cuyahoga County Airport focused on providing flight support and hospitality for our guests, from touchdown to takeoff! Our company has grown into the premier, luxury gateway for Northeast Ohio's business aviation needs. With a specific clientele who have precise expectations, it is imperative that we recruit team members who are passionate about teamwork, committed to integrity, and fanatic about detail. At The Cleveland Jet Center, there are no entry-level positions. Every team member is counted upon to be a top performer and assist their teammates in providing an exceptional service experience for every guest! The Customer Service Representative (CSR) functions as the liaison between the crew members, the passengers and ramp operations. The CSR is in charge of coordinating with fellow team members to make sure every arrival and departure is a seamless one. The position also acts as a concierge to pilots and their passengers.
IMPORTANT
- Looking for part time help on Sundays from 3pm-10pm.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with frequent customers
  • Answering multi-line phone system
  • Acting as ambassador / first contact for our premier business
  • Processing customer purchases and fuel transactions
  • Making hotel, catering, and car rental reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft
  • Coordinating with line service technicians to ensure all customer service needs are met
  • Track inbound aircraft arrivals to prepare requested services and anticipate their needs
  • Answer inbound aircraft via an air to ground radio
  • Assist in ensuring the café and lobby area meet a high visible standard

Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 7.0 per week

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
