Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about the beauty and wellness industry? We're looking for a reliable, detail oriented Receptionist/Client Specialist to join our team at Rocky River Med Spa - The Fountain Clinic. This is a part-time position perfect for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a calm, professional environment. This position is for 2 days per week with one Saturday per month requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly Schedule and manage client appointments Assist with room preparation and cleaning between clients Support staff with laundry and general cleanliness of the spa Maintain a tidy, welcoming front desk and waiting area Help with administrative tasks as needed

Ideal Candidate:

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is organized and able to multitask efficiently Is comfortable using scheduling software and email Maintains a clean and professional appearance Works well independently and as part of a team Previous spa or salon experience is a plus, but not required This position does not include benefits or PTO If you're dependable, customer-focused, and excited to support a thriving med spa environment, we'd love to hear from you!
