retirement plan Paid lunch Responsibilities Assist customers in person, over the phone and through email Help customers with apparel, team, school and business orders Enter and review customer orders accurately Answer questions regarding products, pricing and order status Communicate with customers throughout the ordering process Help resolve customer questions and concerns Maintain accurate customer and order information Work with other departments to keep orders moving efficiently Assist with general retail and customer-service responsibilities Learn additional skills and responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For Friendly and professional Dependable and punctual Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable using computers and learning new software Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities Strong communication skills Comfortable working directly with customers Willing to learn about apparel, embroidery, screen printing and the products we offer Able to work effectively as part of a team Previous customer service, retail, office or order-entry experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. Experience operating a sewing machine is a plus, but it is not required. A willingness to learn is important.
