Duties Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Provide clear explanations of recommended services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, shocks & struts, and other maintenance tasks Use estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools to prepare accurate service estimates Upsell additional services or products that enhance vehicle performance and safety while respecting customer preferences Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy Communicate clearly with clients about vehicle status updates, repair timelines, and service recommendations to foster trust and satisfaction Skills Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience as a service technician or mechanic is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Ability communicate services confidently while maintaining integrity and customer trust Knowledge of automotive repair procedures including oil changes, tire services, alignments, suspension work, shocks & struts, brake repairs, collision repair, and oil change services helps but not required Strong organizational skills for managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive company vehicles as needed This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in the automotive industry while delivering exceptional service.
