Customer Service Representative Logistics Continental Express, Inc. is a leading truckload carrier and full-service logistics provider specializing in temperature-controlled and dedicated-route freight. For more than 40 years, we have built our reputation around reliable service, strong customer relationships, and operational excellence. Role Description Continental Express is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sidney, OH. This is a computer- and data-entry-intensive position, with a significant portion of the workday focused on entering customer orders and scheduling pickup and delivery appointments through various online customer portals. This individual will ensure shipment information is entered accurately, appointments are scheduled timely, and customer requirements are clearly communicated to our operations team. The position also serves as an important point of contact for our customers, providing shipment updates, responding to requests, and coordinating with dispatch and operations to help ensure on-time service. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and update a high volume of customer freight orders. Schedule pickup and delivery appointments through customer-specific online portals and scheduling systems. Communicate order details and customer requirements to dispatch and operations. Respond to customer inquiries and service issues by phone and email, while providing timely shipment status updates. Qualifications Strong computer and data-entry skills with excellent attention to detail. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask. Professional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Previous experience in transportation, logistics, customer service, order entry, or scheduling is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required; experience with AS400, transportation management systems, or customer scheduling portals is a plus.
