Warranty Service Support Specialist Reports to : Warranty Service Support Supervisor and the
Director of Warranty Service Facility :
Walnut Creek Ohio, ProVia Corporate Headquarters Pay Rate :
Salary Non-Exempt Summary The individual will primarily work with the Warranty Service Team in processing Warranty Service Request Submissions as it relates to warrantied product. The employee is expected to uphold and represent ProVia's purpose, vision, mission, and values. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Primary duty is processing incoming Field Service Request Submissions from ProVia Account Manager and local customers with direct submission set up. Work through challenging situations related to product warranty and installation issues. Fill in for Service Technicians as needed or requested. Make suggestions to Director of Warranty Service on product improvement and repeat product problems that may occur. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications This position requires a self-motivated, and detailed-oriented individual who has excellent communication, technical, and organizational skill sets, and who enjoys working in a team atmosphere. Carpentry and or door/window installation are a plus.

Verbal Communication- Communicates clearly and can have effective, collaborative, and supportive discussions regarding issues and questions. Must be able to take direction and remain positive during conflict Technical Skills Proficient or a willingness to learn computer usage. Working knowledge of construction terms An understanding of the product lines for which the department is responsible, or a strong desire and aptitude to learn Physical Demands Ability to sit or stand, using a desktop computer or a laptop, as well as other office equipment and supplies continuously.
