Job Description
Licensed Front Desk Representative - Property & Casualty Insurance J. Fox Allstate Agency is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Desk Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced, professional environment. Schedule Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. No evenings or weekends This is not a remote position Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a welcoming front-office experience Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate team member Assist customers with general policy and billing questions Process payments, policy documents, ID cards, and service requests Gather accurate information and document all customer interactions Help manage incoming mail, emails, and office paperwork Support the sales and service teams with daily administrative duties Identify opportunities to assist customers with additional insurance needs Required Qualifications Active Ohio Property and Casualty Insurance License Previous insurance or customer-service experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional, friendly, and dependable Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and in person Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy office Basic computer and data-entry skills What We Offer Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Paid training and continued professional development Supportive, team-focused work environment Opportunities for growth within the agency Competitive compensation based on experience Employee benefits available If you are licensed, customer-focused, and looking for a stable in-office position with a growing local insurance agency, we would like to hear from you.
