I opened my agency in 2025 after spending the previous 5 years as a State Farm team member, bringing firsthand experience and a strong understanding of what it takes to build a successful office from the ground up. I'm a graduate of the University of Toledo and was born and raised in Toledo, which makes supporting local businesses and the surrounding community especially important to me. Our team currently includes four members, and our office culture is built on trust, accountability, and doing the right thing — always. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Caramon Current - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.QUALIFICATIONS
