What You'll Do:
Handle inbound sales and customer inquiries with professionalism and ease Overcome technical and business objections while promoting our services Track stock levels, estimate delivery dates, and coordinate timely shipments Build and nurture lasting customer relationships through excellent service Prepare and maintain reports of transactions using various sales systems Collaborate with outside sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction Investigate and resolve delivery or service issues promptly Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast sales, and improve strategies
Required Skills:
