Job Overview We are a multi-channel marketing partner seeking 15 more dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representatives to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service and support to our clients. We are currently trying to expand with the core team we currently have. Starting wage at minimum will be $15/hour + commission, potential higher starting wage depending on experience and interview. This position pays hourly + no cap on bonuses and you will get paid every week! Also daily cash spiffs & monthly performance bonuses. Fun and exciting work environment. Responsibilities To make outbound calls and answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Provide accurate information regarding services and products to customers. Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record-keeping while maintaining confidentiality. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Communicate effectively with customers in English; bilingual skills are a plus. Experience Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred, but not necessary. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail are essential. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications related to call management. A background in analyzing customer feedback or data is beneficial.
