Job Description

We are looking for a Plumbing Dispatcher Customer Service Representative dispatching technicians and customer support. Represent the company and the business most professionally.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service answering phone calls incoming and entering information into the computer using software called Service Titan.
  • Maintain the dispatch board and coordinate the best qualified technician for the jobs scheduled to include the on-call schedule.
  • Debrief technicians on the customer needs.
  • Handle and address customer complaints and elevate to service managers when necessary.
  • Follow-up with customers and review invoices and offer additional service opportunities.
  • Order parts for jobs sold.
  • Create quotes for service work.
  • Assist in pulling permits.
  • Manage warranties, paperwork, and returns on warranty parts.
  • Knowledge of local geographic territory.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service to customers by phone while directing our service technicians.
  • Demonstrate good listening, written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls while exceeding customer expectations.
  • Assist in scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
  • Daily interaction with customers to meet their needs as well as service managers, project managers and other team members.
  • Provide support to the upper management, sales and other team members.
  • Must have a positive attitude and an energetic personality.
  • Other duties assigned based on qualifications.
Minimum qualifications:
  • High school or equivalent education
  • Two years' minimum experience in customer service and dispatching experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Able to work full-time 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • In office setting located in Westlake, Ohio
  • Desk position with sitting, standing and walking required

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
