Job Description
Overview Our client, in Zanesville, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team! This is a temp to hire opportunity. Duties Work schedule is Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service Engage in active communication with customers via phone to answer questions or resolve concerns Assist in inventory management tasks Assist customers with ordering custom steel products Experience / Skills Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred Ability to use a tape measure to order custom products Strong computer skills including knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets Experience with Gmail Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
