Duties Engage in outside sales efforts by prospecting new clients through networking, community events, and telemarketing campaigns Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs across health, life, property casualty, and commercial lines Present customized insurance solutions that align with client goals and budget considerations Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to secure optimal agreements for clients and the company Build strong customer relationships through ongoing communication, benefits administration, and exceptional service Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and sales administration tools Stay informed about insurance regulations, product updates, and industry trends to provide accurate advice and ensure compliance Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services sector Strong negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex insurance concepts clearly and persuasively Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance products 100% Commission Starting out with Salary Commission option available after 90 days Excellent analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable coverage options Exceptional customer service and client communication skills to foster trust and loyalty Understanding of insurance regulation standards and benefits administration procedures Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding career where your sales talent meets your passion for helping others protect what matters most. $52,179.73 - $62,840.10 per year
