Customer Service Representative (CSR) Environmental Pest Control — Lawton, OK Office Full-Time About Us Environmental Pest Control has been protecting homes and businesses across Southwest Oklahoma and North Texas since 1998. We're a family-owned, licensed and insured company built on service, not sales pitches — no call centers, no long-term contracts, just local, attentive care. Our team is led by an Associate Certified Entomologist, and we're known for same-day, emergency-ready service when our neighbors need us most. About the Role We're looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to be a key point of contact for our customers and a right hand to our Office Manager. You'll help keep our operations running smoothly — from scheduling to routing — while making sure every customer interaction reflects the local, family-first service we're known for. What You'll Do Make outbound calls to schedule service for existing customers Follow up on incoming leads to convert them into scheduled appointments Assist the Office Manager with answering incoming calls Help manage and coordinate technician routes for daily service calls What We're Looking For Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person Comfortable using a computer, phone systems, and texting/messaging tools Solid working knowledge of our local service area geography Highly organized with strong attention to detail Able to work independently and take initiative
