• Minimum Requirements:
• + High school diploma or equivalent (as applicable) + Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required + One year experience in the customer service industrypreferred + Must be computer literate with the ability to learn customerservice software applications + Professional verbal and written communication skills + Must be at least 18 years of age
