Responsibilities Communicate effectively with clients to assess their insurance needs and explain policy options clearly. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing support and personalized service. Provide expert guidance on property casualty, health, life, and commercial insurance products. Assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage options to meet their individual or business requirements. Stay informed about industry regulations, product updates, and market trends to ensure compliance and offer relevant advice. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to policy issuance while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure policy understanding and address any questions or concerns. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and sales activities in accordance with company standards. Skills Valid license as an Insurance Producer with knowledge of licensing requirements. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly. Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities. Knowledge of property casualty, health, life, and commercial insurance products. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to adapt quickly to industry changes and new product offerings.
