Entarian is seeking a qualified Field Service Representative/Maintainer, Intermediate candidate to support Product Manager (PdM) Multi-Mission Surveillance Systems (M2S2). The Field Service Representative will be responsible for providing technical support and subject matter expertise for the
AN/TPQ-53
Counter Fire Target Acquisition Radar and the
AN/TPQ-50
Lightweight Counter Mortar Radar Systems. This includes troubleshooting system hardware and software. Will provide assistance to Soldiers in the performance of preventative maintenance checks and services, trouble shooting procedures, corrective maintenance, and operation of fielded systems and will provide refresher training if required. Will document the results of maintenance and troubleshooting actions. Must be capable of providing remote support and/or on-site troubleshooting in response to requests for technical assistance. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Perform troubleshooting, fault isolation, and repair of failed components to the LRU level, including circuit cards Remove, repair, and replace un-serviceable components and parts Identify and requisition parts required for system repair Support efforts associated with failure analysis, system upgrades, and modifications. Perform system software loading in support of initial fielding or software upgrades Perform modification kit installation at using unit locations Support testing efforts associated with system and software upgrades Participate in technical publication reviews and maintenance procedure changes Participate in training package reviews Perform system check-out procedures prior to initial fielding to Army units Perform over-the-shoulder training to Soldiers in the operation of the radar, operator level maintenance, and corrective maintenance actions of the 94M or field level maintenance Salary range: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 Minimum Qualifications Must be a US citizen and possess an active Secret level security clearance CompTIA Security+ certification Knowledge and understanding of radar theory, radar design, field testing, and electro-mechanical maintenance analysis, including troubleshooting, fault isolation, repair/replace techniques, and documentation. Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and follow schematics Demonstrated ability to work with minimal guidance Proficiency with MS Office Suite Working knowledge of Redhat Linux operating systems Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds or more unassisted Must possess a valid US Passport Must be capable of providing remote support and/or on-site troubleshooting in response to requests for technical assistance.
