Job Description
As a Player Services Representative, you will be the face of guest interaction on the casino floor. You'll handle cash transactions, troubleshoot minor machine issues, and promote current events and amenities. Your role includes maintaining a clean and organized gaming area, staying informed about promotions, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. This position requires a proactive, guest-focused attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environmen t. Process e-game jackpots and complete IRS forms (W2G/1042-S) accurately Assist guests in locating specific machines and denominations Perform minor machine repairs (e.g., clearing jams, resolving tilts) Promote a fun, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of gaming areas Respond promptly to machine service lights and guest needs Stay informed on current promotions, events, and property amenities Monitor for underage gaming and report concerns to supervisors Uphold Big 6 standards: Clean, Safe, Comfortable, Quick, Friendly, Fun High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 6 months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong customer service and cash handling skills Proficient in basic computer operations Detail-oriented with ability to complete federal and state forms accurately Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (7+ hours/day) Comfortable working in smoke-filled and noisy environments Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and performing moderate physical tasks Must obtain and maintain licensing from the appropriate gaming authority For more than two decades, Cherokee Casino has been Oklahoma's premier destination for gaming, live entertainment and extraordinary experiences.
