This role focuses on educating clients, identifying coverage needs, and providing customized insurance solutions that protect what matters most. Producers are expected to actively prospect, develop referral relationships, convert agency-generated opportunities, and consistently achieve production goals while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Salary Range:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License, or the ability to obtain one within the required timeframe. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience Previous sales or customer service experience preferred. Insurance experience is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates. Experience developing relationships and generating referrals is a plus. Knowledge & Skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales objectives. Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills. Ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Professional presentation and consultative selling abilities. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn agency technology platforms, CRM systems, and comparative rating software. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high ethical standards. Additional Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must maintain all required insurance licenses and remain in good standing throughout employment. Responsibilities Generate new personal lines business through networking, referrals, community involvement, prospecting, and agency-provided opportunities. Quote, present, and close Home, Auto, Renters, Condo, and Umbrella insurance policies. Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to identify clients' insurance needs and coverage gaps. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, referral partners, lenders, real estate professionals, and community organizations. Educate clients on available coverage options and provide professional insurance recommendations. Refer opportunities for life, health, Medicare, commercial, specialty, and other non-personal lines products to the appropriate agency advisor. Maintain accurate documentation and activity within the agency CRM and management systems. Meet or exceed established new business production, activity, and close rate goals. Partner with Client Service Representatives and the Renewal Specialist to provide a seamless client experience throughout the policy lifecycle. Transition issued policies to the Renewal Specialist, who is responsible for ongoing renewal management and annual policy reviews. Maintain required insurance licenses and complete continuing education requirements. Stay informed on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends. Represent the agency with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to exceptional client service.
