Available Opportunities Insurance Sales Producer positions offering a base salary plus commission Insurance Sales Protégé positions offering a base salary plus commission, hands-on training, and professional development One licensed Customer Service Representative position offering commission-based compensation The Customer Service Representative position requires an active Oklahoma Property & Casualty insurance license and may offer the potential to work remotely, depending on the selected candidate and the needs of the agency. Producer and Protégé Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage Generate new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and proactive prospecting Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, and other Farmers Insurance products Conduct policy reviews and provide excellent customer service Follow up with prospective customers and existing clients Work toward individual sales and performance goals Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Assist customers with policy questions, changes, and service needs Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities for additional coverage Follow up with existing customers and prospective clients Support customer concerns and help maintain strong client relationships Support the daily operations and growth of the agency Requirements An active Oklahoma Property & Casualty license is preferred for Producer and Protégé candidates but is not required to apply Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing and able to complete the licensing course and pass the Oklahoma Property & Casualty licensing exam before beginning the position The Customer Service Representative position requires an active Oklahoma Property & Casualty license Willingness to obtain an Oklahoma Life and Health Insurance license as part of continued professional development Ability to successfully pass a background check Sales, customer service, business development, or insurance experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working toward performance goals Professional, growth-oriented mindset

Pay:
