We are looking for someone who wants to build a career, not just take another job. Automotive experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person from the ground up. Customer service experience is preferred. This position starts as an hourly role at $20-$25 per hour , with a structured path to increased responsibility and earning potential. Our goal is to develop the right person over approximately 3 years into a Service Advisor capable of earning $5,000-$6,000 per month .
