Responsibilities:

Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.(TOP

) Develop and maintain client records including all client interactions. Coordinate and handle both hospital and boarding schedules. Provide customer service support to clients. Assist with the development of marketing materials and campaigns.. Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty. Must be reliable and on-time for shifts. Compassionate and empathetic in all situations. Ability to provide basic veterinary knowledge, including veterinary procedures using veterinary terminology.
