About the role:
Quite frankly, there is no "typical day" for our customer service team. One minute you could be answering client questions about benefits and the next you are working through system processes relating to payroll, HR and so much more! Assist with the maintenance and optimization of internal systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Our customer service specialists provide support to benefits, payroll, and HR teams by responding to client employee calls, emails, and chats. Customer service is key for this role because you'll spend a good portion of your time helping clients, answering questions, and finding solutions. Respond to inquiries and requests from clients and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
About you:
You have a knack for customer service, and two years of customer service experience. You have a high school diploma or equivalent. You exhibit a high level of problem-solving skills and commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
