Here's the full version we had: Personal Lines Account Manager Hinson Insurance - Seminole, OklahomaFull-Time Position Hinson Insurance is looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager. This position will work directly with our personal insurance customers and help manage new business, renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day customer needs.
Responsibilities include:
Service and manage existing personal lines customers Quote and write new business, including home, auto, umbrella, recreational vehicles, and other personal insurance products Handle renewals and remarket accounts when necessary Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage questions Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriters Identify cross-selling opportunities and help customers make sure their insurance needs are properly covered Maintain accurate customer and policy records Process endorsements and other policy changes Assist customers with claims questions and carrier communication Review notices and follow up with customers as needed Help maintain strong customer retention Continue learning carrier products, coverage options, and insurance markets
Qualifications:
Previous insurance or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Oklahoma Property & Casualty license preferred; training is available Friendly and professional communication skills Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems Ability to multitask and manage customer requests efficiently Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry Strong follow-through and customer service mindset We're looking for someone who wants to build a career in insurance and become an important part of our team and our customers' experience.
