- High School diploma/GED, three years of veterinary or medical office experience, and one year of experience in billing/cash handling. Vet Client Svc Rep III
- High School diploma/GED, five years of veterinary or medical office experience, two years' experience in billing/cash handling, and completion of at least two on-campus or on line customer service focused training courses. Vet Client Svc Rep Sr
- High School diploma/GED, eight years of veterinary or medical office experience, four years' experience in billing/cash handling, completion of at least two on-campus or online customer service focused training courses, and certified Veterinary Receptionist (CVR) from the National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America (NAVTA).
