Description:

Bilingual Call Center Agents' assist customers with receiving quotes on insurance, writing insurance policies as well as with questions about their bill, their insurance policy, making payments or processing changes over the phone in English and Spanish.

Required Qualifications:

At least 18 years of age 5 years experience operating a computer in Windows based environment Availability to work a flexible schedule which includes all hours of call center operation

TRAINING

Classroom training. On-the-job training
