The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel by performing various maintenance tasks. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of maintenance practices and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, utilizing tools such as an ohmmeter for diagnostics. Assist in supervising maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and timelines. Perform painting tasks to maintain aesthetic quality and functionality. Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to enhance maintenance processes and improve overall efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in maintenance roles, with a solid understanding of schematics and electrical systems. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to supervise projects effectively. Experience with residential painting is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective customer service interactions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
