Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Support Manager to oversee and manage IT operations across multiple small to medium-scale companies. This role is hands-on and requires both technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure systems remain reliable, secure, and optimized for business growth. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing Windows server environments, Ubiquiti networking equipment, and enterprise IT infrastructure , while also providing strategic guidance and support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain IT systems, servers, and infrastructure across multiple companies.
  • Administer and support Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain Ubiquiti equipment (firewalls, switches, wireless networks).
  • Oversee IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and minimal downtime.
  • Provide Tier 3 escalation support for complex technical issues.
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement for hardware, software, and services.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security best practices.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements proactively.
  • Ensure data security, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested.
  • Responsibilities may also include running cables and camera installation.
