10:00 PM-6:30 AM May include weekends & holidays On-site in Tulsa What You ll Do Handle inbound & outbound calls related to alarm activity Verify customer information and assess situations quickly Coordinate with emergency services when needed Manage multiple systems, calls, and alerts at once Document all interactions accurately and follow procedures Provide professional, timely support in urgent situations This Role is a Good Fit For Call center or high-volume customer service experience Retail / restaurant backgrounds used familiar with fast paced environments Hotel, front desk/admin, loss prevention, dispatch, or support roles Individuals comfortable with back-to-back calls & multitasking Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Experience in customer service (phone or in-person) with GOOD job history Typing 30+ WPM Reliable attendance is a must Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and assessments Apply Today!
